About Rivet Tools
Hand plier pop rivet tools for installing blind rivets into sheet metal. POP TT55D and similar models stocked. Pulls the rivet mandrel, expands the body against the back face of the work, snaps the mandrel off at the head.

The product page lists the supported size range. Larger 3/16" (4.8mm) and 1/4" (6.4mm) rivets generally need a heavy-duty lever, lazy-tong or pneumatic tool.
Manual tools are cheaper, lighter and don't need charging - the right choice for occasional and field-service use. Cordless rivet tools dramatically reduce operator fatigue on production runs.
Replace worn jaws. Confirm the rivet diameter matches the tool's stated size range. For very heavy rivets, a lever or pneumatic tool may be needed.
