Can I change an order that has already been placed and paid for? It depends on timing, if you have placed the order and you haven’t received the shipping despatch email (also check you junk / spam folder), then it may be possible to change it. Please call or email for assistance, if it is after 2pm we wont be able to make changes as freight has already been collected. If you have received the shipping despatch email then unfortunately it is not possible to change your order. When it arrives, please contact us for instructions on what to do.
