Countersunk Head

Security Countersunk Machine Screws
Countersunk security machine screws sit flush with the surface and use a tamper-resistant drive so the fixing cannot be undone with a standard screwdriver. Used on panels, covers, public fittings and equipment where a clean flush finish and tamper resistance are both needed.
Drive and Size Range
Tamper-resistant drives including Pin Torx, Pin Hex, Tri-Wing, Spanner / Two-Hole and One-Way. Metric thread sizes across the common machine-screw range, in zinc-plated and stainless options. The matching driver bits are stocked in Security Bits.
Recommended Use
Use a countersunk head where the screw must finish flush, such as sliding panels, trim and walk-on surfaces. One-Way drives allow install but resist removal entirely; Pin Torx and Pin Hex allow authorised removal with the matching bit. Match the bit to the drive exactly to avoid stripping the recess.
