Button Flange Head Socket

Button flange head socket screws combine the low-profile dome of a button head screw with an integrated flange washer beneath the head. The flange provides a wider bearing surface that distributes clamping load over a larger area without a separate washer — useful in thin sheet materials, soft substrates and applications where a clean, one-piece fastener is preferred.
Drive is internal hex (Allen key), the same as standard button head socket screws. Fully threaded with uniform diameter throughout — requires a pre-tapped hole or matching nut.
MATERIALS
Zinc Plated — Bright silver finish for internal dry applications. The most economical option for general engineering and assembly.
A2-70 G304 Stainless — Excellent corrosion resistance for external and coastal applications. Largely non-magnetic — A small degree of work-hardening magnetism is normal and not a sign of the wrong product.
