Structural Countersunk (Anlock Mega Lock)
All the strength of the structural dome range with a flush face. Choose this rivet for load-bearing joints where the head cannot stand proud of the surface, such as tracks, channels and panels that mate against another part. The mandrel stays locked in the shell for full shear and tensile capacity.
How this type works
Heavy-duty mandrel-retained rivet. The mandrel is permanently locked inside the shell after setting, adding shear strength comparable to a small bolt. Used in structural fabrication, trailer manufacture, signage frames and panel work.
Drill size
Match the drill to the rivet body diameter plus ~0.1mm clearance. 2.4mm rivet → 2.5mm drill (or 3/32"); 3.2mm → 3.3mm (1/8"); 4mm → 4.1mm (5/32"); 4.8mm → 4.9mm (3/16"); 6.4mm → 6.5mm (1/4").

12 Anlock Mega Lock structural countersunk-head rivets. Same high-strength mandrel-retained construction as the structural dome range, but with a 90° countersunk head for flush finishing. Used in structural fabrication where the head can't stand proud. Stainless steel, aluminium and zinc-plated. 4.8mm and 6.4mm.
