MATERIALS AND FINISHES

Available finishes: Zinc Silver Plated.

GRADES, SIZES AND THREADS

Grades stocked: High Tensile Grade C, High Tensile Class 10.

Sizes: 1", M10 (10mm), M12 (12mm), M14 (14mm), M16 (16mm), M20 (20mm), 1/4", 5/16".

Thread systems: UNF - Fine, UNC / BSW - Coarse, Metric - Coarse, Metric - Fine.

STANDARDS

IFI100-107 Grade C, DIN 980.

Hex Conelock nuts have a conical (tapered) top that distorts the upper threads as it's torqued. The deformed threads grip the mating bolt and resist back-off under vibration — an all-metal locking nut suitable for high-temperature and chemical environments where Nyloc inserts can't be used. We stock 35+ variants across the conelock nut range.
