Dome Sealed

Dome Sealed Pop Blind Rivets
Choose a sealed rivet when liquid or air must not pass through the joint. The shell is closed at the back end, so once set there is no hollow path through the rivet centre. That makes it the right pick for tanks, hulls, gutters, enclosures and anywhere weather sealing matters.
How this type works
The shell is closed at the back, so once the rivet is set the joint is permanently watertight and airtight. Used in fluid containers, marine fabrication, refrigeration and outdoor electronics enclosures.
Drill size
Match the drill to the rivet body diameter plus ~0.1mm clearance. 2.4mm rivet → 2.5mm drill (or 3/32"); 3.2mm → 3.3mm (1/8"); 4mm → 4.1mm (5/32"); 4.8mm → 4.9mm (3/16"); 6.4mm → 6.5mm (1/4").
