Dome Painted Pop Blind Rivets

Choose a painted rivet when the head stays visible on the finished job and you want it to disappear into the surface colour. The factory-painted head saves brushing or spraying over each rivet after assembly, and the colour is baked on so it will not flake off the dome.

How this type works

Colour-matched head finish for visible architectural and shopfitting work. The body and stem are standard aluminium / steel construction; only the head is painted to spec.

Drill size

Match the drill to the rivet body diameter plus ~0.1mm clearance. 2.4mm rivet → 2.5mm drill (or 3/32"); 3.2mm → 3.3mm (1/8"); 4mm → 4.1mm (5/32"); 4.8mm → 4.9mm (3/16"); 6.4mm → 6.5mm (1/4").
