Countersunk Head

Measure across the outside of the thread - not the shank - to get the gauge (an 8g screw measures about 4.2mm). Screw gauges have a wider tolerance than bolts, so treat it as a close match rather than exact. Then measure the length for your head type.

Countersunk Head Self Tappers
328 countersunk head self-tapping screw variants. 82-degree conical head sits flush in a countersunk hole — the right choice for trim, cladding, casework, signage and any application where the head must not stand proud.
