Plastic sleeves are perforated nylon sleeves that contain the chemical adhesive during installation in hollow block or brick. Without the sleeve, chemical adhesive in a hollow substrate runs into the cavity and fails to develop bond. The sleeve traps the resin against the hole wall so the bond develops correctly.

GRADES AND MATERIALS
Perforated nylon: the sleeve material is inert nylon; the perforations let the resin bond through to the hollow-block face while containing enough resin around the stud for the anchor bond.
INSTALLATION
Drill the hole. Insert the plastic sleeve. Inject chemical adhesive into the sleeve. Push the chemical anchor stud into the resin-filled sleeve. Allow cure per the resin cartridge spec.
SIZE AND LOAD
Match the sleeve size to the anchor stud size (12mm sleeve for M8 stud). For other sizes contact us.
