Dome Multigrip Pop Blind Rivets

Choose a multigrip rivet when material thickness varies across the job or you want to carry fewer sizes. One multigrip covers a grip range that would otherwise take two or three standard rivets, which simplifies ordering and prevents wrong-size mistakes on mixed-thickness work.

How this type works

Engineered to accommodate a wider material-thickness range than a standard rivet — one part covers what would otherwise require two or three different rivet lengths. Useful when panel thickness varies across an assembly.

Drill size

Match the drill to the rivet body diameter plus ~0.1mm clearance. 2.4mm rivet → 2.5mm drill (or 3/32"); 3.2mm → 3.3mm (1/8"); 4mm → 4.1mm (5/32"); 4.8mm → 4.9mm (3/16"); 6.4mm → 6.5mm (1/4").
