If you sell a security screw you have to sell the only tool that fits it. Every drive pattern in the BNA security range has its matching bit listed in this sub-cat. Single bits, bit sets covering the most-used drives, and the long-shank versions for recessed applications. Standard 1/4" hex shank for use in drill chucks, impact drivers and bit holders.

Bit Range

Pin Torx (T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, T40), Tri-Wing (#1, #2, #3), Spanner / Two-Hole (#6, #8, #10), One-Way slot (3 sizes), Snake-Eye (3 sizes), Pin Hex (3-8mm), Clutch Head. Lengths: 25mm standard, 50mm and 75mm long-shank for recessed access. Shank: 1/4" hex (standard impact-driver fitting).

Recommended Use

Match bit to drive size exactly. An undersized bit strips the recess; an oversized bit cams out and rounds the corners. Use a magnetic bit holder or a sleeve to keep the screw on the bit during install. Replace bits at the first sign of wear - cheaper than the security screws they ruin when they slip.
