Grease
Silicone lubricant grease is a non-conducting, water-repellent grease specifically formulated for o-ring, valve, electrical-connector and rubber-seal lubrication. Unlike petroleum greases, silicone grease doesn't swell or degrade rubber seals - so it can be used inside hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical assemblies.

Molytec M897 (25g tube) and M813 (100g tube) silicone lubricant greases. Workshop bench format for assembly use; larger formats stocked for production users.
CHEMISTRY AND PROPERTIES
Silicone polymer base with synthetic thickener. Service temperature range -40°C to 200°C. Non-conducting (used in electrical connector terminals to displace moisture and prevent corrosion without affecting electrical contact). Rubber-safe across natural rubber, nitrile (NBR), EPDM and most synthetic elastomers.
APPLICATION AND CURE
Apply a thin film to the o-ring, seal face or connector terminal before assembly. The grease displaces moisture, fills surface roughness for a better seal, and prevents the assembly from drying out over its service life. For electrical connectors, the grease seals the connection against moisture ingress without affecting the conductivity of the metal-on-metal contact.
FORMAT AND SIZE
25g tube for individual assembly use; 100g tube for production-line and frequent-use workshop. Both formats are direct-dispense from the tube nozzle.
