Self Tapping Concrete Screws
Self tapping concrete screws cut their own thread directly in concrete or brick - similar in principle to screwbolt anchors but with a different head and drive form for exterior structural fastening. The R1000 Silver Coating is a proprietary high-corrosion-life finish rated for 1000+ salt-spray hours, suitable for exposed structural and exterior installation.

R1000 Silver Coating hex flange slot-drive self tapping concrete screws in 6.5mm body, lengths 32mm through 100mm. Hex flange head for high-torque driving with bonded weather washer option.
GRADES AND MATERIALS
R1000 Silver Coating: proprietary high-corrosion-life zinc-based coating rated for 1000+ hours salt-spray exposure. Suited to coastal, marine-near and high-corrosion exterior installation where standard Zinc Yellow would fail in service life.
INSTALLATION
Drill the pilot hole to the published diameter and depth. Blow out dust. Drive with a hex socket at moderate driver speed - the self-tapping thread cuts its mating helix in the concrete. Don't over-drive past flush; the head should seat firmly against the substrate without crushing it.
SIZE AND LOAD
6.5mm body = ~4-6kN WLL in 32MPa concrete depending on embedment depth. The R1000 coating is the differentiator vs standard screwbolts - if the application doesn't need the corrosion life, the standard Xbolt variant is more economical.
