Mungo frame anchors are nylon plug + hex screw assemblies for fixing window and door frames directly into concrete or brick. The screw drives through the frame and into the masonry plug, clamping the frame to the substrate. Single-step installation - no separate plug-and-screw operation.

Mungo MB-SSF frame anchors with zinc nylon plug + hex screw, 10mm body, 80mm-200mm lengths. 13 SKUs covering common frame thicknesses.

GRADES AND MATERIALS

Zinc nylon plug + zinc plated screw: the plug is nylon for inert masonry contact; the screw is zinc-plated steel for general exterior fixing. The plug head is zinc-coloured to blend with the frame head finish.

INSTALLATION

Drill through the frame and into the masonry to the published depth. Blow out dust. Insert the anchor assembly. Tighten the hex screw - the plug expands inside the masonry hole, clamping the frame in place. The single fastening operation replaces the traditional drill-and-plug-then-screw two-stage approach.

SIZE AND LOAD

WLL is set by the substrate masonry. 10mm body in solid concrete = ~3-5kN typical. Lower in soft brick or hollow block. Per-SKU spec published.
