Today our business still works as hard as it did 13 years on providing a range and service which customers can trust. They can trust us knowing when they place an order on our website or one of our ebay stores, it will arrive before the estimated times we suggest, it will be correct, the product is of the highest quality and standard, it will be well packaged in clearly labelled bags and will include a Tax invoice. When did it all begin? Back in 2011 we started selling rivets on eBay, we were one of the first. It didnt take long before we realised ordering fasteners needed to be alot easier than the traditional faxing or calling an order thru to a bolt shop. With 25 years prior experience we had a good gasp for what the future in our industry was going to look like, we knew what frustrated customers most was being told you had to buy a packet or we dont have it in stock, so we changed this, when you brought from us you could buy any qty you wanted, we had it in stock and we made shipping FREIGHT FREE, with no MIN order value or Packs Sizes.

Our competitors thought we were crazy and wouldn't survive. 

As we grew so did our range, we added different materials and types, in every diameter and increment (length / type) we could get our hands on, not only adding the popular lines like many of our competitors did and continue to do, we added every size / type available. Fast forward 13 years and today our 3x Murarrie warehouses hold over 23,000 stocked lines and over 130 million pieces. In late 2024 we added an additional warehouse allowing us to add additional 9,000 lines. This which will help us maintain our positon as the industry leader for 99.8% of our orders placed before 1pm are despatched same day.

With growth, continued streamlining of ordering and warehouse picking / packing is a must. Our systems are integrated to create better workflow and traceability, orders are merged from different platforms, invoices and labels are printed with order and product information, QR reorder codes and orders are picked in batches by sequence improving efficiently and resulting in less errors. Adding scanning to check orders prior to despatch has seen our error rate maintain a near zero rate. 

We still offer tier discounted pricing and spend discounts with no min order quantities requirements, meaning you can continue to order what you need 1, 10, 78 or 1,168 screws, 295 washers and 3,486 bolts and tier pricing discounts and spend discounts are transparent and added as you add items to your shopping cart. 

We will continue to invest in product data, we see technical specifications and supplier data information is critical for anyone buying fasteners, we have finished our CAD drawing library, which now covers every product we sell. We have increased the number of “shop by filters” to narrow and improve product searching, the release of the QR code on the invoice and bag has helped reordering or viewing product information, this is in additional to entering our SKU, the suppliers UPC (barcode number) or MPN (manufacturers part number) into our search. 

We will continue to improve our website functionally, increase our library of data and information, expand our range to new products with a focus on the "hard to find" items and new products to the market, we will continue to ship orders regardless of value freight free, we know how important stock is so we will continue to carry the largest range instock so we same day despatch, we will always support local suppliers and wont stop improving our internal technology and systems for better efficiencies and customer experience.
