H-IT Security Masonry Anchors

H-IT security anchors are heavy-duty masonry fixings with a tamper-resistant head, set into a drilled hole in concrete, brick or block. They give a permanent, high-load fixing that cannot be released with standard tools, used on grates, bollards, public seating, signage and security screens.

Size and Fixing Range

Through-fixed anchor body with a security head (shear-nut or pin drive depending on size), across the common diameters for medium and heavy-duty masonry fixing. Drill the recommended hole diameter and embed to the specified depth. For drill bits see Masonry Drill Bits.

Recommended Use

Use H-IT anchors where a masonry fixing has to be permanent and tamper-proof. Drill to the exact hole diameter and depth in the base material, blow the hole clean, then set the anchor and drive the security head. Confirm the base material is sound (not render or hollow block) for the rated load.
