Gap Filler

Gap filler is a paintable acrylic-based filler for cornice, skirting, joinery and trim gaps where a paintable, flexible filler is needed rather than a silicone. Unlike silicone, gap filler accepts paint after cure, so the gap disappears under the topcoat.

Soudal White Fill & Paint Gap Filler 300ml (122394) for interior cornice, skirting and trim work. Soudal White Pro Gaps All Weather Flex 300ml (174921) for interior / exterior work where the filled joint will see weather exposure or temperature movement.
CHEMISTRY AND PROPERTIES
Water-based acrylic polymer. Cures by water evaporation (not chemical cure). Paintable after 1-2 hours surface dry; full cure 24 hours. Flexible enough to accommodate small joint movement; rigid enough to sand and paint.
APPLICATION AND CURE
Clean substrate, apply continuous bead at the gap, smooth with a wet finger or filler tool. Touch-up with a damp cloth removes excess. Wait 1-2 hours surface dry before painting. The filler accepts both water-based and oil-based paints after cure.
FORMAT AND SIZE
300ml cartridge - fits standard Adhesive Guns. One cartridge typically covers an average-room cornice gap fill.
