M6 M8 M10 M12 PNT210 POP Hand Ratchet Hand Nutsert Tool is a genuine POP branded product we have been selling for over 8 years, easily our most popular nutsert tool because it can pull up the widest range of nutserts effortlessly time and time again. The rachet system makes it so easy to install M12 Stainless nutserts without any extra effort. Suitable for installing Aluminium, Stainless and Steel Nutserts M5 to M12
Features / Benefits: Sourced locally with full range of spares parts and service backup this is a high quality tool built by Emhart Teknologies, the home of POP. The tool doesn’t come with a M5 mandrel or nosepiece but is available in our store.
Installation Tips: To use the tool please refer to the manual as often issues with incorrect setting of the nutsert is due to the tool not set correctly. There are alot of videos on You Tube which go thru the setting up and ther are demonstrations on how to install a nutsert. We find these videos really helpful. Prior to use we also suggest applying a small amount of grease to the mandrel to reduce the chances of stripping the thread of the nutsert during installation. The most common reason a mandrel breaks or the nutserts hasnt been set correctly is due to the tool not being set correctly or you are installing a small nutsert and have over torque it.
