Description

The RT-512 is a heavy duty hand ratchet nutsert tool for installing nutserts and rivstuds in stainless steel, aluminium and steel materials
Features / Benefits:
- Capable of installing M5 to M12 & 10-24 (3/16") - 1/2" nutserts (Imperial Nosepieces and mandrels not included) and M5 - M8 rivstuds
- Features laser engraved stroke gauge to assist with blind rivet nut setting
- Supplied in a carry case with nose assemblies for M5 to M12 nutserts as well as M5 to M8 rivstud rivet nuts
- Mandrels and nosepieces for UNC rivet nuts are available on order
- Full range of spares and local service
Installation Tips: Prior to using the tool please scan the QR code. We do suggest applying a small amount of grease to the mandrel to reduce the chances of stripping the thread of the nutsert / rivstud during installation. We have found the most common reason a mandrel breaks or if the nutserts hasnt set correctly is due to the tool not being setup correctly or you are installing a small nutsert and have over torque it.
