How long does it take for a refund to appear back into my account?

If you cancel an order that hasnt been shipped we process the refund same day. If the order has been shipped, the refund will be processed when the stock has been returned to our warehouse (at the buyers expense)

Once the refund has been processed, when it appears back into your account depends on your financial institution and when we processed it. Based on the day and timing of the refund please allow upto 5 business days. 

Orders paid by bank deposit can not be refunded until we receive the stock back and we have your banking details. To speed up the process, include your banking details and a copy of the invoice.
