I have received my order and there are item (s) I no longer want, can I return them?
Yes, that’s no problem as long as the stock is still in the original packaging and unused. The cost of returning an order due to change of mind is your responsibility.
First email sales@boltandnut.com.au and one of our staff will reply with instructions.
There are a few exemptions for returns:
1. Stock sent directly from one of our suppliers can only be returned if the supplier has approved the return otherwise the stock has to be returned to our warehouse at your expense
2. The stock has been used
3. The packaging is damaged
4. ***Special buy ins*** can not be returned

We recommend using Australia Post for returns. Your closest Post office will be able to assist you with the best way to return the item (s) you no longer wan. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice and communication with us. Once the goods have been received back at our warehouse it usually takes 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed. If you return the goods without paperwork, it will delay processing the refund.
If you paid by bank deposit, include a copy of your banking details otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
