I have made a mistake with my order, it has been shipped, can I return it?
Yes, you will need to contact us first and we will advise what you need to do. The cost of returning an order due to change of mind is your responsibility.

We recommend using Australia Post for returns. Your closest Post office will be able to assist you with the best way to return the item (s) you no longer wan. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice and communication with us. Once the goods have been received back at our warehouse it usually takes 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed. If you return the goods without paperwork, it will delay processing the refund.
If you paid by bank deposit, include a copy of your banking details otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
