I entered the wrong shipping address and now the order has been returned to us

If you are waiting for a delivery, the first step is to check the tracking details you were sent when the order was despatched. Tracking details will depend on the service you choose at the time of ordering (if you choose Aust Post Untracked Letter delivery there will not be a Tracking number) and how it was sent. If you see it is on it's way back to us or has already been delivered to our warehouse you will need to contact us immediately via email.

Orders returned to our warehouse are normally because of the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect address entered when order was placed

    If the address was entered incorrectly at the time of order, and you still want the order it is the buyers responsibility to pay the freight costs for us to resend it. We will provide a range of subsidised freight options for you to choose from.

    If you have already re-ordered, we will only refund once the orginally order has been received back to our warehouse. We will refund you for the items minus a min freight charge of $7.00 upto what you paid regardless of the service choosen at the time of ordering. e.g if StarTrack premium was orgianlly choosen and you paid $15, we will refund you minus $15.

  2. Driver couldn't find your address

    If your order has been returned to us because the driver couldnt find your address and we also deem the address was difficult to find, erong business name or missing the unit number then the cost to resend will be the buyers responsibility.

    If the address was ok and it was the fault of the driver we will resend at our cost, the order will be resent using the same service as orginally selected. The freight option can be upgraded but at your cost. 

  3. If signature required was selected and no one was home to sign for it, it went back to the depot and had been sitting for a period and now it has been sent back to our Brisbane warehouse

    If we can see a history of attempts to re-deliver and then the order was returned the cost to resend will be the buyers responsibility

  4. Delivery driver felt it wasnt safe to leave it and it was returned to either the post office or depot, it had been sitting at the depot or Post office for a period and now the order has been sent back to our Brisbane warehouse

    If we can see a history of attempts to re-deliver and then the order was returned the cost to resend will be the buyers responsibility.

  5. If you choose Aust Post Untracked Letter when you placed your order, and it has been returned to us as RTS or Address unknown.

    We will email you photos of the returned letter and ask you what you want us to do, if you want it refunded we will minus a capped freight charge of $3.50, if you want us to resend, the cost will be the buyers responsibility. You can upgrade to a quicker and tracked service but it will be at your cost. We will email you a range of freight options.
