There is an error with my order
If you have received your order and you believe there is an error the first thing to do is to email us
To help us fix the error having the following information speeds up the process:
1. Photo of your invoice
2. Photos showing the error, ideally beside an ruler or digital capliers. The more photos the better
3. Details of the problem
4. Your phone number incase there is an issue with the replacement stock
All emails are treated with priority and we try to reply within a couple of hours of receiving them during business hours Monday to Friday.
Due to our internal quality systems, we cannot fix an error without receiving the information above.
If we have made the error:
We will reply advising the steps we are taking to fix it. If we are resending item (s) from the order, they are resent the same way as what you selected when you originally placed the order. e.g. if you choose Aust Post express, we will resend the order Aust Post express, if you choose bubble bag untracked, it is resent as bubble bag untracked.
For a small fee you can elect to upgrade the postage service, you will need to tell us prior.
If you have made the error:
You can return the item, but it will be at your cost for a refund, refer to our returns section for further information
