Tracking my order?

Once our warehouse has picked and packed your order a despatch label is generated from our shipping program and an email is generated with your tracking number. As freight is collected from our warehouse at different times of the day, the link can take between a few hours to the evening to appear live on the freight company website.

Once the tracking is live you can watch the progress via the tracking number or the Aust Post smart phone app Click here to view

For orders where you have choosen "Aust Post Letterbox NO TRACKING", they are shipped without a tracking number and can take upto a week longer than an order with tracking.
