I ordered the wrong item, can I exchange it?

Sorry but we do not process exchanges

If you want to return an item (s), first let us know the item (s) you are returning and wait for us to advise what to do, email details to sales@boltandnut.com.au or call our office 07 3192 9800 with your invoice on hand and one of our staff will assist. Special buyins, bonus buys and clearance items can not be returned

We recommend using Australia Post for returns. Your closest Post office will be able to assist you with the best way to return the item (s) you no longer wan. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice and communication with us. Once the goods have been received back at our warehouse it usually takes 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed. If you return the goods without paperwork, it will delay processing the refund.

If you paid by bank deposit, include a copy of your banking details otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.

The cost of returning is your responsibility.
