Why is there no tracking number?

When you placed your order you choose "Aust Post Letterbox NO TRACKING" in the checkout. The Aust Post Letterbox NO TRACKING option only appears for orders under $30 and weigh less than 500grams.  Orders over are automatically sent wth tracking or if it is too big to fit in your letterbox e.g an assortment kit or tool. 

When an order is sent as "Aust Post Letterbox NO TRACKING" it is sent in a small bubble bag that fits into your letterbox and is delivered by the postie NOT a courier or van driver. Normally this service can take upto a week longer than a tracked or express service. 

When you place the order we provide an estimated delivery time based on your post code, this is an estimate and does depend on alot on Australia Post and their volume of letter deliveries. In most instances orders are delivered within the estimate but at times, especially to remote locations it can go pass by 1-2 business days. When calculating the estimated times weekends and public holidays are excluded as they are not business days. 

If it has been 3 business days pass the last day we estimated, email us advising you haven't received your order. We can not track it for you because it was sent as untracked but we can advise if we are aware of any issues with freight to your post code and can check that the delivery address we have is correct and everything at our end looked correct at time of order.
