I have only received part of my order, where is the rest?
The first thing to check is the tracking number. Has your order been shipped in 2 boxes and the "other" box is sill in transit? This is common with Allthread deliveries, Aust Post handled 1metre manually, which can cause a delay as the allthread is sent to another facility for sorting. In these situations, you may end up receiving one delivery one day and the other delivery the following. A quick way of seeing if you are missing a box is checking the despatch label, it tells you how many parcels where despatched. eg Parcel 1 of 2, Parcel 2 of 2 etc, we also write on top of the packaging 1/2 and 2/2.
If you click on the tracking number on your despatch email, it will take you to their website where you will see (it is hidden away so it may take a few looks) a dropdown, by clicking that, the other tracking number will appear and it was show you the status of that item.
